Cuxach Nou is of traditional building and has been renovated to modern standards. The furniture, fittings and decores are of high quality. The villa is surrounded by nice gardens with lawn, sun terraces, newly planted cypress trees and acres of land with mature almond trees, providing a very natural countryside ambience. A fantastic, privat, crystal clear enticing swimming pool with tiled steps invites the guests to take a fresh bath on hot summer days. A hugh barbecue area invites to enjoy meals al fresco whilst looking on the country side. Inside you may find a modern open plan fitted kitchen with every conceivable extra, including dishwasher, microwave and any other kitchen utensils needed in a self catering holiday property.
