This newly built villa is ideally situated towards the top of the hill leading down to the international yacht marina, where you can moor your boat and enjoy a meal in one of the nearby restaurants whilst wathcing the world go by. Beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise waters are nearby.
Can Jaume is built to the even higher standards with excellent furnishings and fittings. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Piped music in all rooms with individual sound control. Accommodation covers approximately 180 sqm. Available all year with air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating. Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for ten hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Extra air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally. Maid service twice weekly (daily on request).
